Join us downtown for the annual tree lighting to kick off the holiday season!
Watch for the Christmas trees at Charles Park (Caboose) to be decorated by South Walnut Elementary Students. Once they are decorated you can vote for your favorite tree at any of these locations: Hometown Pharmacy, Sturgis Bank, Hardings, or City Hall. Voting begins on Monday, 11/27 until Friday, 12/22.
The senior luncheon schedule for the 2023-24 school year is now available. BPS provides a free lunch for any senior citizen aged 62 years and up, residing within the Bangor School District. Come out and have a good meal, enjoy student entertainment, and hear updates about great things happening at Bangor Public Schools!
Brush pick up ends for the season.
Join us downtown for the 2023 Bangor Christmas Parade. Line up starts at 5pm at Apple Blossom Drive and will end at Bangor City Hall. The parade itself will begin at 6pm. We look forward to kicking off another great holiday season with you and your family.
